Ontario’s latest provincial draw took place on June 23, 2021. The province invited immigration candidates who may qualify for Ontario’s Express Entry Human Capital Priorities stream.

Beginning on June 21, 2021, holders of a valid Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR) can now travel to Canada, even if it was issued after March 18, 2020.

Canada will be extending its border restrictions to travellers from all countries including the U.S. until July 21, 2021.

Saskatchewan held a new draw on June 15, inviting a total of 255 immigration candidates to apply for provincial nomination for permanent residence.

Canada invited a total of 6,940 candidates to apply for Canadian permanent residence in two Express Entry draws on June 9 and 10.

Fully vaccinated individuals who are allowed to travel to Canada may be exempt from the hotel quarantine requirement, starting as early as July.

Canada has extended the travel ban on direct flights from India and Pakistan until at least June 21.
